The Space
Built on the ruins of a medieval tower bombed during World War II, the apartment is located in the bohemian neighborhood of Santo Spirito, overlooking the basilica that gives the district its name. This area is known for its vibrant and authentic atmosphere, still frequented by locals. You’ll be surrounded by artisan workshops, cafés, and restaurants. Additionally, Florence’s main attractions, such as Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, and the Brancacci Chapel, are all within walking distance.
The apartment features two fully equipped double bedrooms.
The first bedroom, located on the lower floor, has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and is independent from the living area, ensuring excellent privacy for family or friends.
The second bedroom, also independent from the living area, is on the upper floor and offers unparalleled privacy.
Both rooms come with high-quality blankets, pillows, sheets, and duvets.
The spacious and bright living room is the heart of the apartment. Elegant and charming, it overlooks a typical Florentine courtyard. Equipped with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen Smart TV, it’s the perfect place to relax, watch a movie, or read a good book.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and kettle. In the living area, you’ll also find a large round table with four chairs.
The bathroom, located next to the tower's supporting wall, features a shower and a large bathtub. A courtesy kit with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and towels is provided. Additionally, appliances such as a hairdryer, washing machine, and dryer are available.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, WiFi, heating, air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms, and a Smart TV.
Guest Access
The apartment is located within the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). Car access is only permitted for parking at nearby garages, such as Garage Santa Trinita, Garage Fosi, and Garage Lungarno. These parking facilities are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. From Florence Airport, you can reach the property by taxi, car rental, or bus.
The apartment is accessed by climbing a few steps to reach the second floor. As the building is historical, there is no elevator.
